Massage Therapy
Hi! My name is Ellen White. I was born and raised outside of Chicago, IL. I received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Illinois University and recently graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Longmont, CO.
I moved to the Denver area in 2010. While in Colorado, have studied and worked as a park ranger, birth doula, and photographer. l am a nurturing person, and am always looking to support others and grow myself. Massage therapy is a great fit for me, as it aligns with my belief that we all need more self care practice within our lives.
I am a mother to 2 amazing, beautiful, smart little girls. In my leisure time, my children and I enjoy going on walks, riding our bikes and camping (especially the campfires). I also enjoy music, photography, meditation, and yoga.
I am a Colorado licensed massage therapist (LMT) trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and cupping techniques. I also include stretching within my sessions. I truly try to meet clients where they are and invite each person to relax and ground into the session. I strive to not only meet person’s needs, but to exceed their expectation – EVERY SESSION!
